The re-making of a global brand for women and girls of colour
I'mPossible was founded in 2009 and aims to enable girls and women of colour to define success, identity and joy on their own terms. This year marked the 5th Anniversary of the i'mPossible conversation which took place at BBC Broadcasting House on December 14th 2016.
Having designed the original identity years ago I was very happy when Simone came back to me with a new brief to refresh and relaunch the brand. The addition of the lotus brand mark was important to Simone as the lotus flower represents the the journey of women of colour in our world.
"Like a lotus flower, we have the ability to rise and bloom out of darkness and radiate into the world"
With a refreshed colour palette and brand assets I wish Simone and I'mPossible a bright and blooming future!
